Stage 2 : Construction

Step 3: Iterative project meetings between client and Simply D&B Construction as work proceeds.
Stage 3: Project completion
Step 1: Client-inclusive inspection of final works. (snagging).
Step 2: Simply D&B Construction team complete any outstanding work identified from Step 1
Step 3: Final client sign-off, warranties associated with work undertaken provided to the client.
Step 4: Simply D&B construction team demobilise form site.
